Over the past five years, my colleagues and I have been working very closely with ifss. During this period we have developed our relationship into what I would call a "partnership."

What has made this partnership flourish is the extent by which ifss has supported us along the product development process from being part of generating new ideas to converting them into tangible products, supporting with the successful implementation and post-implementation monitoring.

Process Excellence Ansatz

ifss ist Vorreiter der Zusammenführung von Orient und Okzident – Lean Management und Six Sigma. Process Excellence braucht sowohl die Steigerung der Effizienz als auch der Effektivität und findet durch die gleichzeitige Reduktion von Verschwendung und Fehlern statt. Wie die Geschichte zeigt gefährdet die reine Konzentration auf Verschwendung langfristig die Qualität bzw. vice versa kann der ausschließliche Fokus auf Fehlervermeidung negative Auswirkungen auf die Kostenstruktur des Unternehmens zur Folge haben.
